Why Kneeling on Marbles?

Kneeling on Marbles is reference to domestic abuse that my ex wife Sandra was subjected to as a child. She was forced to kneel on marbles as a punishment when naughty. And to my mind, given that a person is a product of their childhood and upbringing, this is where her issues and subsequently our marriage issues began. Had Sandra not been the subject of torture I doubt she'd have become the sociopath and narcissist she turned into. I doubt she would have psychologically abused myself and our three kids, particularly targeting our eldest daughter who was the main subject of her gaslighting, manipulation and emotional abuse. Psychological domestic abuse at its ugliest. This is the sad story of my family and my marriage to a psychological abuser.
